Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Advertising

  • Software Requirements:

  • 3 year of experience in digital marketing

  • Google Adwords/Analytics/Tag Manager

  • MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs

  • Survey Development (SurveyMonkey)

  • Dashboard Creation (Power BI, DataStudio)

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing

  • Expert in GA4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads Manager

  • Experience working in a tech start-up environment

  • What you will do as a Digital Marketing Specialist:

  • Understand and optimize our current marketing channels and practices, emphasizing a data-driven approach to ad spend and SEO.

  • Create engaging content, including videos, to effectively communicate our value proposition to the appropriate stakeholders.

  • Test creative growth strategies to continuously grow our customer base.

  • Work closely with internal teams to devise strategies for launching email nurture programs and onboarding new customers.

  • Create strategic organic and paid social media posts that drive impressions, engagement, click-through, and conversion.

Roles and Responsibilities

What you will do as a Digital Marketing Specialist:

  • Understand and optimize our current marketing channels and practices, emphasizing a data-driven approach to ad spend and SEO.

  • Create engaging content, including videos, to effectively communicate our value proposition to the appropriate stakeholders.

  • Test creative growth strategies to continuously grow our customer base.

  • Work closely with internal teams to devise strategies for launching email nurture programs and onboarding new customers.

  • Create strategic organic and paid social media posts that drive impressions, engagement, click-through, and conversion.

  • Embrace the learning opportunities presented in a dynamic startup environment.

  • Build CRM strategies to create and automate marketing processes such as email marketing, marketing automation, and digital ad campaigns.


  • Develop strategy for our PPC programs. Measure and report on the success of campaigns with concrete KPIs like CPA & CTR.

  • Implement conversion tracking using Google Ads and Tag Manager to accurately measure ROI of paid advertising.

  • Develop an SEO plan and strategy and work with our web developer and UI/UX team to implement and measure SEO success using tools like SEMrush and Google Analytics.

  • Manage GA4 set up and implementation, goal mapping, and PPC campaigns.


  • Build a social strategy and create paid social advertising campaigns to support marketing growth goals.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research to position the product for growth.

  • Plan and execute all SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns

  • Work closely with UX/UI contractor, operations manager, and head of marketing to promote both paid and organic traffic to the website.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages that amplify conversion rates.

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

  • Manage the email nurture programs in collaboration with the operations manager.


  • Identify critical conversion points and drop off points to optimize user funnels.
